I will gladly accept returns on any non-custom item, provided it is returned in it's original condition within 5 working days of receipt.  I do my best to accurately show and describe each item and every item is unique with variations. I will refund the purchase price however I am not able to refund shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damage so I can prepare a claim.  Please contact me so we can discuss replacement options as all pieces are one of a kind.

Items are carefully wrapped, boxed.  I prefer to ship via UPS however some items may arrive either via Parcel Post , Priority Mail,  -- whichever is most efficient, based upon size of the order.  Please contact me if you prefer to use a different shipping method, additional charges apply.

Items are usually shipped within 5 business days after the purchase of an item unless otherwise noted within the listing. Shipping costs include packaging, supplies, box costs, and current ship rates.  I do not ship to PO boxes.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please let me know prior to purchase. I will add the appropriate charges to your custom order.

Please confirm that your address is correct.  If packages cannot be left at your door, please contact me to have a signature required upon delivery.
